Kanso is a calm markdown notes app for Mac and iPhone. Notes live as plain Markdown files on the device and sync via iCloud Drive - no account, no servers, no analytics. Six tailored note types (Current, Idea, Grocery, Recipe, Journal, Sketch) let small specific tasks have the right editor without turning the app into a dashboard. Built and maintained by Terran Vigil, an independent developer.
Hi-resolution screenshots will live here. For now, hit the contact email if you need a specific shot.
